Jumping out of window, back into another?

Iwas watching one on carentan to get on the roofs, and u have to jump out of one window and go back into another, hhow do u do this? thanx

its quite hard to explain

here goes

if the window is on the left hold left!
then when you jump tap right and keep hold of left!
(you might wanna move your mouse out and then in realy realy quick )

this works for me (well when i dont forget to jump!)
